Helping professionals who own or work for a business to see if podcasting is a good fit.

Getting your message out there is important, especially if you're part of a business, and podcasting is quickly becoming a key part of this. Much like social media, websites, and print advertising, podcasting is a great way get your voice heard - but in this case literally!

However, you not only need to know whether a podcast for yourself or business makes sense but also how to navigate challenges of podcasting while balancing running or working for a business.

In this webinar we will help you to consider whether a podcast for your business or a personal podcast as a professional would work for you. We will also explore now to get started in podcasting, the different approaches, and how to fit a podcast around or within your work.

This session will be delivered by Peter Bull, professional senior software engineer and host of the RoguePlanetoid Podcast, a home-based audio podcast and Talking Inspiration, a studio-based video podcast. Peter will share his insights and experiences of being a professional and a podcaster.

Over the course of the webinar, we will:

  • Share how to determine if beginning a personal or business podcast makes sense for you.
  • Examine styles and formats of podcasts, and what you will need for them.
  • Explore how to balance hosting a podcast either as a business owner or employee.
  • Provide tips and tricks to getting into podcasting as a professional.
