Helping to define the priorities and create a product roadmap for a new digital service
Newcastle-based Company, Sportfin, is helping sport organisations harness data about their sport activities, participants and volunteers to evidence the positive social impact in order to support with fundraising activities.
Siddesh Iyer, Managing Director of the company, approached Digital Pathfinders when Sportfin was still in its infancy. He wanted to receive some support to identify what the product should look like for his customer base. The team at Digital Pathfinders held a number of one-to-one workshops to deep dive into the different user personas to identify customers. This information supported with the design of the product so that the most value could be given to all of the different persona profiles.
