Ouseburn Farm Charity is a city farm that supports adults with learning difficulties and disabilities. They also run a business centre and have a shop and cafe on site.

The story started in 1976, and Ouseburn Farm today is now a charity and working community farm in the urban heart of Newcastle upon Tyne for individuals to explore, learn and grow.

The Support

Prior to accessing support from Digital Pathfinders, Ouseburn Farm had lots of key business information which included customer and contact records in different places. Hugh Stolliday, Manager at Ouseburn Farm, reached out to the Digital Pathfinders team to speak to experts about a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to bring all of these sources of information into one place, so that moving forward information could be easily found.

One of the digital experts sat down with Hugh to go through and really think carefully about the scope and breadth of what was needed to ensure that the platform chosen was correct. With this support, Hugh felt confident to choose and implement the correct CRM for the Ouseburn Farm.

“I would definitely recommend Digital Pathfinders to other businesses. It’s extremely easy to access, there is virtually no paperwork for you to complete, and when you are running a business doing lots of different things at once, it made the entire process amazingly simple and easy.”
