Kelly’s Heroes provides private tuition in maths and English for students from reception to GCSE level.

Based in Low Fell and Ponteland, alongside tuition, Kelly’s Heroes recognises the importance of children’s wellbeing and offers workshops based around mindfulness and other subjects.

Kelly was using simple systems for her business, mainly paper based, either handwritten or typed up afterwards to keep track of invoices, payments and bookings. As the team grew to include more staff members, it was becoming more complicated and it was clear that the systems had become outdated and it was time for a change.  

The Support

Kelly Maxwell, founder of Kelly’s Heroes contacted Digital Pathfinders to help introduce more efficient processes into her business as she wasn’t sure where and how to start. The Digital Pathfinders team were able to research different tools that might be suitable and to implement Bookio: an online reservation system. The team also worked closely with Kelly to provide additional support in syncing existing customer data into the system and in completing software installation.
